Wedding

It was an open house...

Or better an open mad house. The scene all day Saturday day can only be descibed as organized chaos. People coming and going, setting up tables, closing the street in front of the house, music blasting so loud that the house seemed to be vibrating. Somehow in the early afternoon a ceremony started, with the bride and groom receiving envelopes of money and strings on their wrists but only from village folk. The bride and the groom were made up in their finest outfits. Merriment lasted well into the night. At some point I got so tired of the blasting music, I left for another relatives house to rest my ears.
