Back at it again - 1958

Was recently in Germany and meet some old school / neighborhood friends. Quit interesting, haven't seen them for 30 or 40 years. One i would have never recognized, the other was instant recognition.

What was 1958? The second year of my apprenticship, things started to go better, school was still lousy.
Started to travel outside of Germany, trips to Austria, Italy and England. I took advantage of free travel by rail. All this trips where by myself as nobody else could afford the cost. Good memories of London and Meran. Meet nice girls - little sex but lots of petting :) - never forget the cutie in Meran. She came with the pension I stayed and was just as curious as me to explore. London had a great club scene but the hostel I stayed had a curfew and no late nights. Vienna was interesting but too much of going out and drinking.'
At home my blackmarket business with GI's started to make money and I stayed out late many nights.
